Orders will be processed within 2 full business days of the order being placed. Orders will not be processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. Orders will ship via Fedex.

Standard Shipping - Fed Ex Ground
We offer complimentary shipping on orders of $250 or more. Other orders will ship based on order total excluding sales tax, if applicable.
- Under $75 shipping $3.95
- $76 - $150 shipping $6.95
- $151 - $250 shipping $12.95
Standard Shipping orders will typically arrive within 5 to 7 days (not including holidays). Standard shipping is available for orders to the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii), Rural Routes, and P.O. Boxes. Shipping to APO/FPO addresses and U.S. Territories is NOT currently available.
2-Day Shipping - Fed Ex 2Day
- Complimentary 2-Day shipping on orders of $500 or more
- $35 flat rate for orders below $500.
Orders must be placed by 9:00 am CST to qualify for same day shipping. 2-Day shipping orders usually arrive within 2 to 3 business days (Monday through Friday, not including weekends or holidays). For Rural Routes and remote locations, 2-Day Shipping orders usually arrive within 3 to 4 business days. 2-Day Shipping is NOT currently available for orders to P.O. Boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, or APO/FPO addresses including during promotional periods.

RETURN POLICY
Full price and sale merchandise purchased on our site may be returned within 14 days of order delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
Merchandise must be returned in unused condition in its original packaging. We reserve the right to deny refund for items that do not meet our return policy requirements as well as the right to restrict or refuse future transactions through jerrykayecollection.com to any customer who exhibits an unreasonable return pattern. Items marked ‘Final Sale’ are not eligible for return or exchange.

How quickly will my order be processed & shipped?
The current processing time for all domestic returns (USA) is approximately 7 business days. All refunds that meet our return policy and standards will be issued in the original form of payment. Refunds may take 1-3 business days to post to your account.
We do not accept responsibility for items lost or stolen when returned via means other than our pre-paid UPS/Fedex service nor do we issue refunds for shipping fees incurred through the use of other carriers.
What will it cost to return my item?
Return Fee is $6.95, and will be deducted from your order refund upon receipt.
